Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise indicated all products listed on our website are in-stock and ready to ship from our bricks and mortar store in Blakeview, South Australia.

 

We currently ship within Australia only, orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $15 for standard posts. For orders $120 above, standard post is free unless otherwise indicated (excludes coins and some oversized products).

We don’t like waiting for parcels either so orders are usually dispatched the next day (on weekdays), however in some instances may take longer (for example during promotional periods and new product releases). The delivery is estimated between 2-7 business days, depending on the method of shipping and your location within Australia. Regardless of the means of shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipping of your order.

Some bulky or fragile items are for Click & Collect only and will be noted accordingly.

The orders are sent via Australia Post or courier depending on the most economical means of delivery chosen at the time of shipping at our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our premises.
