Refund Policy

1. GENERAL

(a) We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy ("Policy").

(b) Any benefits set out in this Policy apply in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

(c) Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you understand your rights and what you can expect from Keejay Unbound if you are not satisfied with your order.

2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

(a) Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For major failures with the goods, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and are entitled to a refund for the price of the goods.

(b) If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

3. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF MIND

At Keejay Unbound, we want you to love your gift. If you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange, provided that:

(i) You notify us within 14 days of receipt.

(ii) The product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

(iii) The product has not been damaged.

(Note: At our discretion, we may impose a restocking fee of up to 20% for change of mind returns or uncollected in-store pickups).

4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

(a) If a product is damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

(b) Damaged products must be returned in the condition received, with all original packaging.

(c) We will arrange to repair, replace, or refund the item, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. EXCEPTIONS

We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if:

(i) You misused the product in a way that caused the problem.

(ii) You were made aware of the fault before purchase.

(iii) You requested alterations against our advice.

(iv) Any other exceptions apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

(a) If a product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee, Keejay Unbound will bear the cost of shipping the returned product and any replacement.

(b) If the product is eligible for return, we will reimburse you for reasonable postage costs.

(c) If we pay for the return/inspection and the product is found not to be eligible for a refund under ACL, you will be required to pay the costs of inspection and transportation.

7. RESPONSE TIME

We aim to process all requests for repairs, replacements, or refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request.

8. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

(a) Contact us at the email provided below to initiate a return.

(b) All refunds are processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.

(c) You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.
